As for the annual estimate, it shows the Spanish economy growing by 2.7% year-on-year in Q1 2026. The details show that domestic demand contributed 0.5% to quarterly GDP growth, with external demand only contributing 0.1%.
In terms of aggregate demand, household final consumption expenditure increased by 0.6% and that of public administrations by 0.5%. Meanwhile, gross fixed capital formation registered a variation of 0.1%.
